The Optical Foundry is looking for an early-career Marketing Associate who is curious, hardworking, organized, creative, and genuinely interested in learning how great marketing gets made. We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to want to learn. This is a hands-on position where you'll build real-world experience working alongside experienced marketing professionals across our portfolio of independent eyewear brands.
You'll learn by doing, from the details that keep projects moving to the larger creative work behind product launches, advertising, social media, email, websites, trade shows, photography, content, and brand development.
Some assignments will be creative. Some will be analytical. Some will simply require being incredibly organized and getting the details right. All of them matter. We're looking for someone who understands that becoming good at something starts with learning how the work actually gets done. You might be right for this role if you:

What You'll Do You'll support marketing across multiple brands and gain hands-on experience in:
- Graphic design for digital, print, social, retail, PR, and trade shows
- Social media and content creation
- Email marketing and Klaviyo campaigns
- Product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
- Website updates, photography, and basic video editing
- Competitive and market research
- AI-assisted marketing and creative tools
- Trade shows, events, and dealer programs
- Project management, proofreading, and quality controlAs your capabilities grow, so will the work you're trusted to own. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of education and/or experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience creating social or digital content
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- An interest in marketing, branding, design, fashion, and creative storytelling
- A portfolio showing relevant creative workExperience with Klaviyo, website platforms, photography, video, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or similar tools is helpful — but we're more interested in your ability to learn than in checking every box.
