Position Overview As our Administrative & Marketing Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out to Quantum Roofing. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing customer information, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding first impression. In addition to supporting our day-to-day operations, we're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for social media and content creation. You'll have the opportunity to help capture the personality of our company by creating engaging content, sharing ideas, and helping strengthen our online presence. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information Manage lead tracking and administrative reports Organize files using Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets Assist in maintaining our 5-star online reputation Create and schedule engaging social media content Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, and company events Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that showcase our team and our work Engage with our online community through social media platforms Provide administrative support to the office team as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, organized, and customer-focused Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office Creative mindset with a passion for social media and storytelling Someone who enjoys taking initiative and turning ideas into engaging content Eager to learn and contribute to a growing local business
