We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, sales, communications, public relations, or business development. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience representing nationally recognized brands, developing professional sales and communication skills, and building a foundation for long-term career growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions. Promote client products and services while educating customers on available offerings. Build relationships with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service. Generate new customer acquisitions by identifying customer needs and recommending the best products or services. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience. Assist with the execution of promotional marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Participate in daily sales and marketing meetings, ongoing coaching, and professional development. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and contribute to company growth. Develop leadership, communication, and business management skills through hands-on training and mentorship. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
