THE JOB:
As an Admin Assistant I - International Marketing, you will provide administrative support to the Far East Marketing team, serving as a trusted partner in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role manages complex calendars, coordinates domestic and international travel, schedules meetings, handles communications, and supports special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
THE STARTING RATE
$21.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
⁠Greet visitors and callers and address their needs, answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department, and respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff Compile, copy, sort, file, and scan department documents May prepare departmental reports as needed, perform a variety of administrative tasks, and maintain office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs Work closely with functional department groups as necessary Prepare purchase orders for all goods and services purchased by the department
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must have a high school diploma or GED Able to communicate effectively in the language from assigned region: Far East Marketing -Mandarin and/or Cantonese etc. (preferred)
