Live In Tenant Assistant - BUCHTEL/COTTER Reports to:

Property Manager Pay:

$112.50 bi-monthly stipend

Evenings/Weekends/Holiday's) Monitors condition of building Assists with special functions Assists in facilitating move-ins and move outs Responds to tenant emergencies after regular hours Various other duties The Successful Candidate will receive a rent-free 2 bedroom apartment and a bi-monthly stipend for services provided.
