We especially value diverse talent - someone who brings broad skills in areas like horticulture, marketing, writing, photography, video editing, sustainability and/or construction. While the position cannot be done remotely, some flexibility of schedule may be possible.

Requirements include:

Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills Passion for plants and gardening, and for our company mission Able and willing to physically work on landscape projects, including planting and gardening Creative, adaptable, and familiar with current marketing trends, including online, social media, etc. Admin & tech-savvy: expertise with Microsoft Office, research, & sourcing Artistry in

Presentations:

Ads, Photoshop, InDesign, Video editing Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Project management skills, including costing and deadline management Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments Marketing, Horticulture, and/or Landscape Design background is ideal, but not essential.
