About the Internship Blueprint is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Client Experience & Marketing Intern who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in fitness business operations, marketing, sales, customer experience, and community engagement. This is an educational internship designed to provide real-world exposure to how a growing fitness business attracts, engages, and retains clients. The Client Experience & Marketing Inern will work closely with Blueprint's ownership and management team and gain experience across several areas of the business. What You'll Learn & Experience Client Experience Learn how a fitness studio creates a welcoming experience from a client's first interaction through membership. Assist with welcoming and orienting new guests. Learn strategies for building relationships and creating a strong member community. Participate in member engagement and retention initiatives. Marketing & Social Media Assist with developing social media content and campaigns. Capture photos and video during classes, events, and community activities. Learn how to create engaging Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social content. Assist with content planning and brainstorming. Learn how a local fitness business uses digital marketing to generate awareness and leads. Sales & Lead Development Learn the fundamentals of fitness sales and lead nurturing. Observe and participate in appropriate lead follow-up activities under supervision. Learn how to communicate the value of Blueprint's services to prospective clients. Gain exposure to CRM, scheduling, and client management systems. Community Engagement Assist with local community events and outreach. Help develop relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, schools, and organizations. Participate in Blueprint community initiatives and wellness events. Assist with partnerships and promotional opportunities. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to people Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness Interested in marketing, business, sales, communications, or customer experience Creative and comfortable creating social media content Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Excited about helping create a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors What You'll Gain This internship provides hands-on experience in: Marketing & social media Sales & lead generation Customer experience Fitness business operations Community outreach Event marketing Relationship building Small business development The intern will also receive an unlimited Blueprint membership during the internship, mentorship from the Blueprint ownership and management team, and the opportunity to build a portfolio of real-world marketing and business experience. Schedule Flexible schedule based on the intern's availability and academic requirements. Some evenings and weekend availability may be helpful for events and community activities. The ideal candidate is able to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday around 6:30AM-11:30AM or Monday, Tuesday, Friday 6:30AM-11:30AM.
