This position is not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing promotional events to boost brand awareness and product visibility. Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of promotional activities. Represent the brand confidently through public speaking engagements and community outreach efforts. Represent client brands inside partnered retail locations Engage customers and introduce current promotions and services Educate customers on available products and promotional offers Assist customers with questions and service activations Maintain a professional brand presence in retail environments Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals Compensation $700 - $900 weekly base pay Performance bonuses available Weekly pay Paid training provided Qualifications Strong communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Reliable transportation Ability to work in a retail environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule Full-time Approximately 40 hours per week Retail schedule (some weekends may be required)
