Toronto, ON Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to support growth through data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns. This role combines strategy, analytics, content development, and hands-on campaign execution. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, push notifications, paid media, social, digital, and CRM channels. Translate customer insights and performance data into actionable marketing strategies. Write and edit marketing copy for landing pages, emails, digital ads, and customer communications. Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Compliance, Tech, Design, PR, and Brand. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and multiple concurrent projects. Support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion initiatives. Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Communications. 2+ years of financial services experience. 1+ year of acquisition marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience executing multi-channel CRM, email, paid digital, social, and referral campaigns. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion. Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights. Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, marketing automation, and social listening platforms. Excellent writing, communication, project-management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Nice to Have Fintech, banking, or highly regulated industry experience. Strong copywriting and content-development skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
