We are seeking a Part-Time Communications and Marketing Assistant to enhance our online presence and strengthen our relationships with property owners and guests. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling content, managing our digital channels, and ensuring our brand messaging is consistent and impactful.

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and regularly update website copy to ensure accuracy and relevance. Maintain and actively manage company social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging posts to promote listings. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with property owners, promptly updating listings upon request. Photograph rental properties for publishing on the company website and other marketing platforms. Draft and edit broad-based communication emails and informational documents for various audiences, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to company branding guidelines. Actively solicit customer feedback and implement strategies to improve online ratings and reputation. Available to work some weekends.

Qualifications:

Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading for web and social media. Familiarity with maintaining and growing social media channels. Strong photography skills, particularly for real estate or property showcasing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining brand consistency and high-quality output. Experience with email marketing platforms and online review management is a plus. Available to work some weekends.
