$16.50-$18.00 per hour Aqua Blue Hotel & Events is immediately seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position begins with two overnight shifts per week. The right candidate will be offered additional shifts following a successful 90-day review period. Previous hotel or night audit experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Responsibilities Complete the nightly audit, including reviewing daily transactions and preparing required paperwork and reports. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and overnight inquiries. Respond to guest requests, including delivering towels, cots, and other needed items. Monitor and secure the property, remain attentive to activity, and promptly respond to safety concerns according to hotel procedures. Communicate guest concerns, maintenance issues, and overnight activity to the incoming shift and management. Assist with folding and/or moving a load of linens during the busy season. Keep the front desk and work areas clean and organized. Night Audit serves as the eyes and ears of the property overnight. We are looking for someone who stays alert, uses good judgment, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for our guests. Qualifications Reliable availability to work the full 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shift. Computer proficiency beyond basic skills, including confidence navigating multiple programs and learning new software. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office programs. We use RMS, a cloud-based hotel reservation system, and will provide training. Strong organizational skills and accuracy when completing reports and entering information. Professional, friendly communication and the ability to stay calm when handling guest concerns. Ability to work independently and follow hotel security and emergency procedures. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
