Wolf Performing Arts Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and project support to the Marketing Director. This full-time hybrid role helps ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, managing timelines, attending events and programs, meeting deadlines, and supporting digital communications and daily marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Advertising & Promotion Track deadlines and manage communication and timelines with advertisers Assist with the design of advertisements and promotional materials Upload graphics, monitor external sites, and review analytics Research and recommend new advertising outlets, marketing trends, and best practices Graphic Design & Brand Management Create branded digital and print graphics using templates and style guides Ensure consistency across all visual content and communication channels Organize and maintain digital assets (photos, videos, graphics) Assist with the design and production of the Playbill, program flyers, and other marketing collateral Social Media Assist in content creation, caption writing, and posting Engage with community through comments, shares, follows, and tags Attend, photograph, and video rehearsals, classes, and performances to build content Create events on specific platforms Website & Digital Content Support website updates, content uploads, and calendar management Optimize site performance using SEO strategies and analytics Maintain accurate merchandise listings, inventory, sales reports, and assets Fundraising & Development Assist in creating materials for events and campaigns Support advertising collateral development and event preparation Collaborate with staff to help execute development fundraising campaigns, sponsorship recognition, donor communications, and special events General Marketing Support Attend performances, showcases, and community events Assist with photography, videography and onsite event marketing Maintain and organize testimonials, and assist with the development, distribution, and collection of surveys Help maintain and display merchandise and promotional items Maintain a consistent in-person presence at weekly programs and events to build relationships with families, students, and staff The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design and/or 3+ years work experience in any of those fields Passion for the performing arts and community engagement Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 40-hour work week and attend rehearsals, classes, lessons, events, recitals and shows that might take place nights and weekends Design skills with experience utilizing Canva and Adobe programs Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and independently
