Refresh and modernize marketing materials to engage our diverse customer base.

Manage program inboxes and coordinate with project teams to resolve missing materials and invoices.

Optimize Workflows:

Utilize Salesforce to assign, review, and execute critical program tasks.

Ensure Accuracy:

Review and streamline rebate requests, serving as the essential link to our processing groups.

What You Bring:

We value proactive individuals ready to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

Education:

Degree or 3+ years working as an Marketing Assistant in a Utility or Regulated Industry.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam is essential; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a significant plus.

Core Strengths:

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mentality.
