Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a creative, organized, and execution-focused Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives across our brands and retail operations. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities, developing creative content and marketing materials, coordinating campaigns and promotions, maintaining digital marketing channels, and supporting our sales and retail teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. This role is designed for someone who can independently execute high-quality marketing work while collaborating closely with management, sales, retail operations, and outside vendors. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and retail initiatives.
  • Create marketing materials, social media content, signage, and other brand assets.
  • Manage day-to-day social media, email, SMS, and website content.
  • Support the sales team with retailer materials, presentations, and promotional tools.
  • Coordinate events, pop-ups, partnerships, and community marketing efforts.
  • Maintain consistent branding across digital, print, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, promotional materials, photography, and other marketing needs.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project deadlines, and organized creative assets.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as directed by the Company Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Approximately 2-4 years of marketing, creative, social media, or related professional experience preferred.
  • Strong graphic design and content-creation capabilities.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design software.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and creating social content.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, websites, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
  • Retail, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, or other consumer-brand experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly regulated industry and following applicable marketing requirements.

The Marketing Associate is expected to independently manage day-to-day assignments, maintain organized workflows, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work. Overall marketing strategy, major budget decisions, and high-level revenue priorities will be directed by members of the Management team. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
