Our expertise includes new construction, renovations, facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and sustainability initiatives. We partner closely with our clients to maximize space efficiency, manage project budgets, and provide strategic guidance that supports both immediate project goals and long-term facility planning. As our company continues to grow nationwide, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing, business development, and project pursuit efforts. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across multiple departments, and is passionate about helping drive the continued growth and success of a national construction firm. The Role This position plays a key supporting role in elevating our brand, generating high-quality marketing materials, and helping the team pursue new opportunities. Because we operate nationwide, the role requires regular travel to project sites, industry events, client meetings, and regional offices. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and production of proposals, presentations, brochures, case studies, and other marketing collateral Support the development and maintenance of project photography, video, and written content Help coordinate trade shows, conferences, client events, and internal marketing initiatives Maintain and update marketing databases, project trackers, and CRM records Assist with social media content, website updates, and digital marketing efforts Coordinate with project teams, designers, and external vendors (photographers, printers, graphic designers, etc.) Support market research and competitive intelligence gathering Travel to jobsites, and industry events as needed (travel frequency can vary but is a core part of the role) Qualifications 1-3 years of marketing or administrative experience (construction, architecture, engineering, or design-build experience is a strong plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong personal commitment to punctuality and reliability — consistently on time for meetings, deadlines, and travel commitments Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Willingness and ability to travel regularly (valid driver's license and ability to travel by air required) Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for professional growth within a national firm Exposure to high-profile design-build projects across the country Collaborative and supportive team environment To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience to ec.coopercre@gmail.com
