The assistant will gain valuable experience and education while shadowing and video recording individuals for a certain number hours of the week. Phavur is looking for a passionate individual who is available during the day time and evenings and is passionate about creativity. This gig includes much more than a monthly salary, You will be exposed to real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship events. You will be recording videos, managing and assisting at networking events around the Houston, and Austin area, as well as be given the opportunity to fly to other places in the USA to get more work done. You will also be organizing meetings, trips, company events, and a middle man/woman when it comes to negotiations. The successful candidate for this position will work directly with senior staff to create marketing videos, develop marketing materials and assist with implementation of new programs and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Video Management Assiting Editing and posting Instagram reels and tiktok videos. (This is not really "editing") It is just taking clips from videos and posting with captions. Learn how to set and meet goals. Learn how to market a product or service effectively. 10 - 32 hours a week.
