We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team in our Leesburg, Virginia office. This position will work closely with the Marketing Director while also providing marketing support to our real estate agents and brokerage leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines. This is primarily an execution and support role, but we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute ideas, continue developing their marketing skills, and gradually take ownership of recurring projects and initiatives. Because our team supports a luxury real estate brand, attention to detail, strong visual judgment, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across a variety of platforms are essential. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing, from designing collateral and creating social content to proofreading materials, coordinating projects, troubleshooting platforms, and keeping day-to-day marketing initiatives moving forward.
