POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic social media and event intern to join our team provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing strategies. As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with our Marketing & Sponsorship Manager in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Support the Marketing and Sponsorship Manager in daily administrative tasks Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) Capture high-quality photo and video content at sporting events and venue activities Edit and produce engaging content for digital platforms and social media Assist with livestream production, scoreboard graphics, and in-venue displays Collaborate with the marketing team to tell the story of our events and community Manage, organize, and archive digital assets and media files Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Help organize marketing events Coordinate with Marketing & Design teams to build out marketing campaigns across various social platforms Manage posting schedule and engagement initiatives on social media platforms Promote our events, co-working space, and membership on social media Strategize new ways to engage with our communities and audience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive Solid understanding of different marketing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords) Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills Must be able to work well in a group setting Must be a student enrolled in a marketing related major/equivalent or have graduated within the last year with a degree in a marketing related major/equivalent Graphic design experience preferred. List any portfolio examples or relevant experience

Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, bend, carry, lift, pull, and push Will be required to operate a computer Facility has intermittent noise
