Job Description
Resolve Restoration is seeking an outgoing, motivated Marketing Associate to help grow our local presence and build strong referral relationships. We provide water, fire, and mold restoration services, helping homeowners and businesses recover when unexpected damage occurs. This is a relationship-focused, community-facing role. You'll connect with plumbers, insurance adjusters, insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other local professionals to introduce our services and keep Resolve Restoration top of mind when their customers need help. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with current and potential referral partners. Conduct regular in-person visits, introductory calls, and follow-ups with local businesses. Explain our restoration services and how our team can support customers during a loss. Represent Resolve Restoration at networking events, business meetings, and community activities. Identify new partnership opportunities throughout our service area. Track outreach, contacts, follow-ups, and referral activity. Coordinate with our operations team to communicate customer needs and support a positive referral experience. Help develop marketing materials and support local promotional efforts. What We're Looking For A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people. Strong follow-through, organization, and relationship-building skills. A professional appearance and customer-first attitude. The ability to work independently, plan outreach, and stay motivated. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or business development is preferred. Familiarity with restoration, insurance, plumbing, or construction is a plus.
