This is where you and your skills come in. We're looking for: a Lifecycle and Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the customer and prospect lifecycle marketing engine at RingCentral. This is a hands-on manager role for a practitioner who blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution across email, nurture, and lifecycle programs. You will design, build, and optimize multi-touch lifecycle and email campaigns that move prospects and customers through the funnel—from lead nurture through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You'll work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Development, and Analytics, bringing strong platform fluency, a test-and-learn mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable engagement and pipeline results in B2B SaaS.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the strategy, build, and execution of lifecycle and email marketing programs—including nurture streams, triggered/behavioral campaigns, onboarding sequences, and customer lifecycle communications—aligned to engagement and pipeline goals. Build and manage campaigns end-to-end in Marketo and HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and automated workflows. Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales to align email/lifecycle programs with Salesforce data, lead scoring, and routing, ensuring clean handoffs across the funnel. Collaborate with Sales Development on Outreach sequences to ensure consistency and continuity between marketing nurture and sales-led outbound touches. Build and maintain lifecycle and email performance reporting in Tableau—open/click rates, conversion, funnel progression, and program-level ROI—surfacing insights to stakeholders. Drive a structured test-and-learn agenda across subject lines, send times, content, targeting, and journey design; use results to continuously improve program performance. Monitor deliverability health (sender reputation, list hygiene, compliance) and maintain best practices across all email sends. This Role You Must Have Experience In:

4-5 years of lifecycle, email, or marketing automation experience, with hands-on campaign build and execution—B2B SaaS experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of building nurture and lifecycle programs that drive measurable engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact. Strong platform fluency across Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau. Experience with segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows. Clear communicator—able to translate campaign performance into insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

Marketo Certified Expert or HubSpot certification(s). Experience with lead scoring models and lifecycle stage definitions. Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). Hands-on use of AI tools to improve campaign workflows, content personalization, or performance forecasting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
