United States of America Marketing Job description Position Overview Ormco is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive customer engagement, demand generation, brand growth, and revenue performance across North America. This role requires a highly collaborative marketing leader who can develop strategy while also executing programs across digital, content, events, clinical education, sales enablement, customer communications, and product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in the dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or medical device industry and is passionate about translating business objectives into impactful marketing programs that support both customer growth and commercial success. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Clinical Education, Digital Marketing, Operations, and external agency partners to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals. Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns supporting customer acquisition, retention, product adoption, and portfolio growth. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and optimize the customer journey. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities. Demand Generation & Customer Engagement Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing. Support lead generation and nurture programs in partnership with sales and marketing operations. Develop compelling messaging and content tailored to orthodontists, dentists, and practice teams. Analyze campaign performance and implement continuous improvements to maximize results. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support Partner closely with sales leadership to create customer-facing tools, presentations, promotional programs, and communication materials. Support product launches, pricing initiatives, customer promotions, and educational programs. Provide marketing expertise to help drive pipeline growth and customer expansion opportunities. Marketing Operations & Technology Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute and measure campaigns. Partner with marketing operations to improve lead management, segmentation, reporting, and campaign effectiveness. Leverage customer insights, analytics, and performance metrics to guide decision-making. Support reporting of marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Clinical Education, Customer Service, and Operations teams. Manage agencies, contractors, and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution. Lead project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Champion process improvements that increase team efficiency and program effectiveness. Job requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience. Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement. Experience partnering closely with sales organizations and supporting revenue-generating initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Must be able to work onsite in Brea, CA four days per week. Preferred Dental, orthodontic, medical device, healthcare, or healthcare technology industry experience strongly preferred. Experience marketing to healthcare professionals and clinical audiences. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Monday.com or similar platforms. Experience with marketing automation, customer journey development, and CRM optimization. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content development platforms. MBA or advanced degree a plus. Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. $126,900 - $155,200
