Key Responsibilities:
Marketing AI decisioning capability strategy & roadmap Define and develop the US marketing AI decisioning capability roadmap aligned to US commercial strategic priorities and Gilead enterprise capabilities. Establish and lead a multi-year roadmap of agentic AI capabilities to enable effective marketing strategy, insights & activation decisions for HCP & patient focused tactics. Prioritize agentic AI capabilities based on a clearly defined business need and impact, scalability, feasibility and Gilead's Responsible AI guidelines. Establish and manage US marketing AI decisioning capability governance process with the stakeholders to ensure transparency, timely prioritization and implementation of roadmap. Marketing AI decisioning capability building Drive the implementation of the AI agents to enable effective marketing strategy, insight and activation decisions in collaboration with functional and technology partners. Lead the development therapeutic area & brand specific context, business rules, structured & unstructured data required to configure the AI agents for defined use cases. Identify opportunities to connect & integrate the US marketing AI decisioning agents with the cross-functional AI agents using Gilead Responsible AI guidelines and governance. Stakeholder Leadership and Influence Build strong cross-functional alignment across US Digital & AI strategy & ops, US Commercial Insights, Analytics & operations, Commercial IT and Global Decision Science & Data management teams to help guide and inform the impact of US marketing AI decisioning agents. Act as a visible internal thought leader on evolving Agentic AI capabilities. Ensure that the marketing AI decisioning capabilities have a clear operating model defined across business and technology teams to ensure scalability and sustainability. Partner with IT to scope and deliver scalable agentic AI solutions that enable Gilead marketing teams to drive effective decisions. Engage senior stakeholders as needed, to align priorities and outcomes. Lead Delivery and Execution Excellence Lead end-to-end US marketing AI decisioning capability delivery, ensuring speed is balanced with quality deliverables. Define quarterly priorities, milestones, and execution plans. Ensure all capabilities are tied to clear business outcomes and measurable value. Act as an escalation point for complex cross-functional delivery challenges. Embody a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR PhD and Two Years' Experience Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of pharma commercial experience with strong analytical & communication skills Deep expertise in building agentic AI solutions to enable marketing strategy, insight generation and activation workflows. Experience with Pharmaceutical data sources and nuances including patient level claims data, HCP & patient engagement data from sales, marketing & patient support programs Proven experience to effectively navigate between commercial data, analytics, and technology environments Demonstrated experience with innovation and strategic thinking to translating complex problems into measurable outcomes across a commercial organization. Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects. Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment. Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives to business actionPeople Leader Accountabilities:
