Robert Half is hiring an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager for one of our major clients in Arizona. This individual will lead the strategy, execution, testing, and optimization of email and lifecycle marketing programs designed to increase engagement, conversion, retention, and customer value.
The ideal candidate combines strong campaign strategy with hands-on marketing technology experience. This person should understand how customer data, segmentation, automation, personalization, testing, and compelling content work together to move prospects and customers through the lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute email and lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, nurture, conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Build and manage automated customer journeys, nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and recurring communications.
Develop audience segmentation strategies using demographic, behavioral, transactional, and engagement data.
Create campaign briefs and partner with copywriters, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop high-performing communications.
Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, quality assurance, and reporting.
Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies across subject lines, messaging, creative, offers, calls to action, cadence, and audience segments.
Monitor deliverability, list health, engagement, unsubscribe rates, conversion, and other email performance metrics.
Optimize programs based on customer behavior, funnel performance, and campaign results.
Maintain email databases, subscription preferences, suppression rules, and audience segmentation.
Work closely with CRM, Marketing Operations, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to improve customer journeys and data flow.
Create dashboards and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to use automation, personalization, predictive analytics, and AI to improve lifecycle marketing performance.
Ensure campaigns follow applicable privacy, consent, and email marketing requirements.
