In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people. about this team The Global Brand Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, campaign channel applications, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand and innovations to life across all guest touchpoints. In partnership with leaders across Brand Experience, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Operations, the team enables consistent, high-quality, and on-time delivery of brand and product storytelling across our digital commercial channels (e-commerce and App). core responsibilities The Global Brand Creative Operations Manager (DBE) is responsible for leading complex cross-functional programs through the creative and operational lifecycle, from intake and briefing through final delivery and execution. They are experts in creating new processes and driving optimizations for ways of working. They will also execute by managing milestones, timelines, budgets, and priorities, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful delivery of brand experiences and creative work. Lead operational optimizations for the channel creative function, inclusive of creating new processes and methodologies, enabling efficient workflows, and driving adoption. Develop and implement operational tactics to enhance organizational efficiency via process mapping, RASCIs, standardized initiative tracking, and building new systems, SOPs, and tools. Lead complex, multi-workstream projects and seasonal initiatives from brief development through creative execution, production, and delivery. Develop and manage an integrated program inclusive of multiple project timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications to enable on-time and on-budget delivery. Facilitates resource planning, prioritization, workload management, capacity tracking, and portfolio reporting across multiple initiatives and teams. Partner with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external agencies to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and enable successful execution.
• Identify project gaps, dependencies, and risks early, escalating issues and developing actionable mitigation plans to keep workstreams on track.
• Manage projects through the creative lifecycle, ensuring clear briefs, aligned requirements, efficient review cycles, and seamless handoffs between teams.
Coordinate closely with Creative, Production, Brand Management, and Digital (Product Management & UX) partners to ensure high-quality execution of seasonal campaigns and evergreen initiatives.
• In partnership with their manager, build, own, and continuously improve processes, tools, governance, and ways of working that increase efficiency, visibility, consistency, and operational excellence across the function. qualifications 8-10 years of experience in project management, creative operations, brand operations, marketing operations, digital creative, or related disciplines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities, with a focus on operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. Experience managing complex cross-functional programs within retail, apparel, e-commerce, consumer brands, creative agencies, or production environments. Demonstrated experience leading projects through both creative & UX/UI development and operational execution. Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource planning, timeline development, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of leadership. A genuine passion for brand creative, experiences, and operations, with a track record of enabling teams through scalable processes and ways of working. Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Smartsheet, and other project and resource management tools. must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000-$147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
