Vanguard Properties, the Bay Area's largest independently owned real estate brokerage, is seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who loves creating polished, brand-consistent marketing materials while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to support more than 450 real estate professionals, internal departments, and company-wide marketing initiatives. Our team produces award-winning marketing recognized nationally for its creativity and design excellence. We're looking for someone who shares our obsession with thoughtful typography, meticulous attention to detail, and beautifully crafted marketing. We're seeking a designer who combines strong visual design skills with exceptional production capabilities; someone who enjoys building systems, working within established brand standards, and finding smarter, faster ways to create high-quality work. What You'll Do Design print and digital marketing materials for agents, company initiatives, and internal departments. Produce a high volume of polished marketing materials while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Create, maintain, and evolve reusable templates and component libraries in Figma. Translate brand guidelines into scalable, easy-to-use marketing assets that can be leveraged across the organization. Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution. Collaborate with designers, marketing managers, and clients to deliver projects on time and at a consistently high standard. Manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Uphold Vanguard's luxury brand standards across every piece of collateral. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, styles, shared libraries, and template creation. Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency. Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems. Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. A sharp eye for typography, alignment, copy accuracy, and layout consistency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with teammates. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable leveraging modern creative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve efficiency while maintaining thoughtful, human-centered design. Bonus Qualifications Experience building scalable template systems and design libraries. Experience supporting a high-volume production environment. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools. Experience with project management and collaborative design software. Basic motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
