Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing and commercial activity for

GAIA & NYX

Miami, working closely with the Global Marketing Director to deliver the brands' strategy locally. The role will focus on driving awareness, reservations, covers, bar traffic, events and revenue through local marketing, social media, content, PR, partnerships, CRM and paid media. This is a hands-on role requiring strong knowledge of Miami's luxury hospitality, dining and nightlife market, as well as the ability to build local relationships, identify opportunities and deliver measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Marketing & Commercial Strategy

  • Execute the local marketing strategy and calendar across GAIA and NYX.
  • Develop activity to drive reservations, covers, bar traffic, events and private hire.
  • Identify local market opportunities, trends and partnerships that can support business growth.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Operations, Events and Reservations teams to align marketing with trading priorities.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and measure the performance of activity. Partnerships, Activations & Sponsorships
  • Identify and develop relevant local partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, brands, media, cultural organizations and local businesses.
  • Lead the execution of local partnerships and activations that support brand awareness, guest acquisition, footfall and revenue.
  • Support sponsorship opportunities under the direction of the Global Marketing Director, assisting with partner communication, deliverables and execution.
  • Ensure sponsorships, partnerships and activations are delivered effectively and in line with agreed commercial objectives. Social Media & Content
  • Manage day-to-day local social media activity in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate local content shoots and work with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver content.
  • Monitor performance and use insights to improve activity. PR & Influencers
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the appointed PR agency, ensuring local PR activity is aligned with marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Develop relationships across Miami's hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment and nightlife sectors.
  • Manage relevant influencer, tastemaker and media opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for editorial coverage, influencer engagement and local brand exposure. Digital & CRM
  • Work with the digital agency to manage local paid media across Google, Meta and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure campaigns support key commercial priorities and optimise performance based on results.
  • Support CRM activity across acquisition, reactivation, repeat visits, birthdays, VIP guests and key occasions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-promote GAIA and GAIA NYX and grow the local database. Reporting & Administration
  • Track marketing performance across reservations, covers, bar traffic, events, private hire, digital, social, CRM, PR and partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates to the Global Marketing Director on performance, activity and opportunities.
  • Maintain the local marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards. Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within luxury F&B, hospitality, restaurants, bars, nightlife or lifestyle.
  • Strong knowledge of the Miami market and an established local network is highly desirable.
  • Experience across social media, content, PR, influencers, CRM and paid digital.
  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, activations and events.
  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to measure marketing against business objectives.
  • Experience across both restaurant and bar/nightlife environments is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, proactive and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Delivery of marketing activity on time and within budget.
  • Growth in reservations, covers, bar traffic, events and private hire.
  • Performance and ROI of paid media, partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Growth in social audience and engagement.
