Competitive salary based on experience About the Role NEPA Wholesale is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy. This is a senior, hands-on position for a strategic thinker who can lead a team, manage multiple marketing channels, analyze performance, and collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse Management, and the Executive Team to support measurable business growth. The Marketing Manager will have significant ownership of the marketing function and must be comfortable working with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will translate company goals into practical marketing plans, effective campaigns, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Business Growth Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Translate business and sales goals into clear marketing plans, priorities, and campaigns. Identify target markets, customer segments, growth opportunities, and competitive advantages. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support business decisions. Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, products, services, and commercial opportunities. Campaign Planning and Execution Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create campaign timelines, budgets, performance targets, and reporting systems. Coordinate promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and sales initiatives. Ensure campaigns are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule. Test and improve campaign messaging, audiences, offers, and communication channels. Digital Marketing and Brand Management Manage the company's website, social media platforms, email marketing, paid advertising, and online presence. Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all channels and locations. Oversee the development of marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, videos, and promotional content. Monitor online engagement, customer feedback, reviews, and brand reputation. Work with designers, videographers, agencies, and external vendors when required. Sales and Commercial Support Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Develop sales materials, presentations, promotional programs, and customer communications. Support customer retention, account growth, and new-business development initiatives. Review sales and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure marketing activities directly support the company's commercial priorities. Performance Analysis and Reporting Establish clear marketing goals, key performance indicators, and reporting standards. Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on investment. Prepare regular reports and present marketing results to the Executive and Management Team. Use performance data to improve campaigns, allocate budgets, and recommend future strategies. Maintain accurate marketing calendars, budgets, project plans, and performance records. Team and Project Leadership Lead, guide, and support members of the marketing team. Assign responsibilities, establish deadlines, and monitor work quality and progress. Coordinate multiple projects and priorities across departments and business locations. Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors. Promote accountability, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in marketing management, commercial marketing, business growth, or a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities with sales and business results. Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively with minimal supervision. Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, or business-to-business marketing is preferred.
