This is not a position for someone looking to inherit a large, established team and simply maintain it. We are looking for a builder —someone who can recruit talented people, develop them into high-performing field marketers, create a winning team culture, and consistently generate high-quality opportunities for our sales organization. You'll have significant ownership over the Atlanta field marketing operation and the opportunity to put your fingerprints on how the team is built. • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard D2D field marketers
• Build and grow the Atlanta field marketing team
• Train new hires on canvassing, homeowner engagement, lead qualification, and appointment setting
• Lead daily meetings, ongoing training, and performance coaching
• Develop team leaders and future managers
• Establish a high-energy, competitive, professional team culture
• Manage territories, schedules, and daily field activity
• Work alongside the team in the field when necessary to coach, demonstrate, and drive results
• Hold team members accountable to performance and professionalism standards
• Partner closely with Sales to improve appointment quality and lead outcomes
• Track performance, identify problems, and make adjustments quickly

You'll have visibility into the entire downstream performance of the opportunities your team creates, including revenue generated. Quality matters. Results matter. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has successfully managed a canvassing, field marketing, or door-to-door team, preferably within home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, pest control, or another in-home sales environment. Your mandate is straightforward:

Outside Sales is your customer. Build your team and get our Consultants in the home! Learn the Canopy system, recruit aggressively, establish expectations, develop your people, get into the field, and begin building a field marketing organization capable of producing consistent, high-quality opportunities for our Atlanta sales team. Compensation & Benefits

• $100k-$150k+ Year-One OTE
• Base salary plus performance-based commission
• W2 employment
