is looking for Sr Director, Marketing in Suwanee, GA.POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the branding and market positioning of HVAC products and solutions within the consumer and commercial market segments. The Senior Director owns the full funnel and oversees the execution and performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, such as digital, social, email, content, events, and PR. The Senior Director ensures that the marketing team delivers high-quality, consistent, and relevant messages and experiences to both B2B and B2C audiences.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following: Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including brand positioning, market segmentation, and value proposition definition. Lead, mentor, and develop a robust marketing team, fostering collaboration and improving overall marketing performance. Improve operational processes that support speed to market, operational and strategic agility, and execution excellence. Design and manage integrated campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively. Oversee marketing technology and automation tools; integrate AI into marketing workflows to increase efficiency. Set goals and monitor KPIs including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, brand awareness and equity; analyze marketing contribution to sales pipeline and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels and touchpoints. Work closely with sales, product, finance, customer care, operations, and HR to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Implement marketing automation best practices, maintain data quality, and ensure adherence to privacy regulations such as GDPR andCAN-SPAM.
Willing to travel for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally. Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 10 years' progressive experience in public relations, advertising, social, brand building, interactive marketing, B2B and B2C marketing, events, media planning, brand management, and competitor analysis. Experience managing a large marketing team with diverse skillsets; familiarity with running LEAN/agile marketing teams. History of managing advertising budgets and overseeing creative and media agency partner relationships. Product marketing experience including the development of marketing programs and supporting materials to generate and nurture sales leads while promoting the Company brand. Superior written and verbal communications skills. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud considered a plus Previous experience in HVAC or manufacturing considered a plus Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together, deliver excellence, drive sustainability, focus on execution and learn continuously. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $167,200 and $229,900 year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 120 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date.
