This role plays a key part in supporting organizational growth and strengthening physician relationships across our Chicagoland network. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, the Director of Marketing will lead our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team, execute referral-based marketing strategies, and support outreach to physicians and other referral sources. The role also includes overseeing territory and account development and utilizing our CRM platform to drive new and repeat business. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration a plus At least 5 years of healthcare sales, marketing, physician relations, or management experience Proven experience in physician sales, referral development, or business growth in a healthcare setting Experience leading a field-based sales, marketing, or physician relations team strongly preferred Experience marketing healthcare services or medical devices strongly preferred Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven marketing strategies Exceptional communication, leadership, relationship-building, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and drive measurable results We are excited to welcome someone who shares our commitment to advancing sleep medicine through innovation, quality care, and employee ownership.
