Job DescriptionPurpose:
Coordinate assigned aspects of an Operations Brand or Program to align it with AbbVie's business goals and strategic imperatives. Assist the Brand Director or Brand Manager with the Supply Chain interface and central point of contact for stakeholders from Commercial, R D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing and TPMs. Provide global Brand / Product analysis, strategy, oversight, LRP / Plan demand and inventory management. Assuring contract compliance/accountability with PRMs. Contribute to the development and execution of effective product strategies and Brand plans for product launches, site transfers, security of supply, cost improvements, risk and lifecycle management. Help manage long range plans and supply strategies and capacity with TPMs. Manage cross functional programs involving multiple levels of personnel in plants, TPMs, and functional organizations.
Responsibilities:
With the leadership of the SC Director drive their assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions that can have a significant impact on Brand sales, assurance of supply and operational performance. May manage millions of dollars in capital/project expense and deliver multi-million dollar cost savings.

Strategize with PSM for negotiations and lead in negotiations for new contracts or extensions with TPMs. Lead negotiations with TPM on additional service cost, project proposals, extra charges, etc.

Communicate and escalate issues that threaten assurance of supply. Work with AbbVie cross-functional teams and TPMs to identify and develop mitigations plans.

Create a viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP, risk management and Lifecycle strategies.

Justify and ensure alignment with AbbVie's business goals and strategic imperatives.

Primary interface with Commercial to develop and gain agreement on Brand/Product forecasts. Remain current on internal and external factors impacting their Brand/Product(s).Assist the Brand Director or Brand Leader with the supply chain interface to provide a central point of contact for stakeholders from Commercial, R D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing and TPMs. Remain current on internal and external factors impacting their Brand/Product(s).Capable of communicating effectively and widely to all levels of the organization. Primary interface with Commercial to develop and gain agreement on Brand/ Product forecasts. Remain current on internal and external factors impacting their Brand/Product(s).Aid the team to communicate a common vision to the cross-functional stakeholders and help the teams to ensure that roles, responsibilities, and issues are clearly understood and resulting activities are agreed and coordinated.

Manage program activities to optimize the operational performance and meet strategic business needs while ensuring that assurance of supply is achieved.

Manage lifecycle transitions that can have a signifi cant impact on Brands sales.

They may need to manage millions of dollars in capital / project expense, and deliver multi-million dollar cost savings.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desired but not required5 or more years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and / or Financial Management.

Proven experience in managing effective teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries.
