We're seeking an experienced and resourceful Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and drive meaningful engagement across our portfolio of services. This is a unique opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, and has a real interest in promoting well-being for older adults. We're looking for someone who can confidently move between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution while serving as a trusted voice of our growing brand. The Opportunity The Director of Marketing serves as both a strategic leader and working marketer, overseeing marketing efforts across Lindsey Communities' business lines. This individual will lead digital marketing, website content, social media strategy, campaign development, and CRM-driven initiatives that support growth, occupancy, engagement, and organizational visibility. What You'll Do Lead Marketing Strategy Develop and execute marketing strategies that support organizational growth and mission impact. Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all business lines. Monitor market trends, audience needs, and performance metrics to guide decision-making. Own Digital Content & Brand Voice Direct website strategy, content governance, and user experience. Lead social media strategy, content development, and engagement. Serve as a trusted editor and copywriter, ensuring all communications reflect the Lindsey Communities brand and voice. Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency across all public-facing content. Drive Marketing Campaigns Create and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community channels. Collaborate closely with operational leaders to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience. High proficiency with social media management, website content management systems, and CRM platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities. A portfolio of work is required as part of the selection process. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Valid drivers license and vehicle required to travel to Lindsey Communities sites, and to travel to meet with community partners. The Ideal Candidate You are a high-energy marketer who loves both strategy and execution and is most comfortable when the pace is fast. You are equally comfortable reviewing website content, writing compelling copy, developing a campaign plan, presenting to leadership, or capturing a social media opportunity in real time.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, paid bi-weekly, and will be based on experience. Annually, bonuses equaling up to 5% of salary are available.
