Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for the leasing process at a residential student housing property. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is interested in the property management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including advertising vacant units, conducting tours, and negotiating leases.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, property maintenance, and resident information using our our software.
- Market the property via outreach efforts, social media posts, and on-campus efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, ensuring that all residents are aware of the benefits of our community.
- Manage and maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property, including facilities management and maintenance of common areas.
- Prepare and sign leases, as well as other legal documents.
- Conduct walk-throughs with new residents and ensure that all requirements and expectations are met.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, and sales, preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with a property management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$42,000.00- $52,000.
