Job Description
Lead One of Kansas City's Fastest-Growing Marketing Teams Renewal by Andersen is looking for an energetic leader to help grow our Kansas City Field Marketing operation. As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for generating appointments and customer interest through retail partnerships, local events, community outreach programs, home shows, sporting events, and festivals across the Kansas City metro area. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, developing talent, analyzing performance metrics, and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of 10-15 Brand Ambassadors Lead retail and event marketing campaigns throughout the Kansas City market Conduct field visits to coach and support team members Track KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies Build relationships with retail partners and event organizers Manage scheduling, administrative reporting, and payroll support Maintain a high-performance, team-oriented culture Ensure marketing activations consistently generate qualified homeowner appointments Qualifications Leadership experience in retail, marketing, events, hospitality, sales, canvassing, or lead generation Strong interpersonal and coaching skills Results-driven mindset with a passion for developing people Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong analytical and organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects and priorities Microsoft Office proficiency Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $60,000-$95,000+ annual earning potential Performance-based bonus opportunities Ramp-up bonus during onboarding Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off HSA/FSA Options Tuition Reimbursement Referral Program Employee Discounts Career advancement opportunities Join a Brand People Trust Renewal by Andersen is the largest replacement window company in North America and one of the most recognized brands in home improvement.
