Job Summary/Basic Functions The LSU Health Sciences Center, Department of Medicine is accepting applications for an academic faculty position in the field of Internal Medicine. The position is based at LSU Health Baton Rouge and is affiliated with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. The responsibilities will include direct patient care, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and research. The Internal Medicine Hospitalist provides comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult patients at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, managing acute and chronic medical conditions and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. The position also supports clinical education and collaboration with residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals while promoting high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Minimum Qualifications Required Education:
MD or equivalent
Certifications or Licenses Required:
