Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for translating Unitech Training Academy's brand strategy into consistent, compelling marketing across campuses, programs, and Unitech Online. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, the Brand Marketing Manager leads day-to-day brand execution, integrated campaign development, creative development, content marketing, organic social media, program launches, campus marketing, and student-facing messaging. Brand Management and Execution Under the guidance of the Vice President, implement and help to shape and evolve the brand strategy,maintaining consistency in Unitech's visual identity, voice, and messaging. Manage and maintain Unitech's brand standards, templates, creative resources, and and asset library, ensuring consistent use of visual identity, voice, and messaging across the organization. Review and approve routine marketing materials for brand consistency and elevate significant brand or messaging decisions to the Vice President for Marketing and Public Relations. Use audience insights, market research, student feedback, and competitive information to inform messaging, creative development and campaign strategy. Ensure individual campuses and programs maintain a consistent Unitech identity while allowing appropriate local relevance. Program and Campus Marketing Develop integrated marketing campaigns in support of institutional priorities, enrollment initiatives, program launches and campus needs, coordinating messaging, creative, content, organic channels and promotional materials across the full campaign lifecycle. Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for new program launches, campus expansions and priority programs, including positioning, audience messaging, creative needs, launch timelines and promotional strategies.
Create program-specific messaging based on student audiences, career opportunities, employer demand, and local market conditions. Coordinate campus-specific marketing initiatives, events, open houses, and promotional activities. Work closely with Admissions, Campus Operations, Education, and Career Development to support marketing needs. Maintain marketing calendars and ensure program and campus initiatives are completed on schedule. Content and Social Media Develop and manage the institutional marketing content calendar. Lead Unitech's organic social media strategy and day-to-day execution, including content planning, publishing, community engagement and performance analysis across institutional and campus channels. Identify and develop student, graduate, faculty, employer, program, and campus stories for marketing use. Coordinate photography, video, graphics, copy, and other content required for campaigns and ongoing marketing. Monitor engagement and content performance and adjust strategy based on results and organizational priorities. Creative and Digital Content Manage the development and production of marketing creative, including digital assets, advertising creative, collateral, signage, presentations, promotional materials, photography and video. Partner closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop campaign concepts, messaging and creative assets for paid media, using performance data and testing results to continuously refine creative and improve campaign effectiveness. Produce or coordinate creative variations needed for campaign testing and optimization. Maintain accurate and compelling marketing content across Unitech's website and program pages. Manage relationships with external creative, printing, photography, video and other production vendors as needed. Marketing Operations and Collaboration Coordinate marketing projects, campaign timelines, creative deadlines, approvals, and deployment. Provide marketing support to campuses and departments in alignment with established priorities. Collaborate with the Communications & Public Relations Manager to adapt institutional stories into engaging marketing content across social media, web, email, video and other owned channels. Assist the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations with major marketing initiatives, organizational campaigns, and vendor relationships. Promote a culture of creativity, organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor and report on brand and content performance, including social engagement, content performance, campaign engagement, website behavior, and other relevant measures, using insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of marketing, brand, content, or campaign experience. Strong understanding of brand management, content marketing, social media, and creative production. Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and priorities simultaneously. Strong written communication, editing, organizational, and project-management skills. Experience developing marketing materials across digital and traditional channels. Experience coordinating creative vendors, photography, video, web, print, or related resources preferred. Experience in education, multi-location organizations, workforce development, or another consumer-facing industry preferred. Commitment to Unitech Training Academy's mission and values.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
