Position Summary The Sr. Director, GTM Strategy is responsible for leading the GTM Strategy Team and translating enterprise growth priorities into clear, executable strategies, operating plans, and cross-functional programs. This leader partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Customer Success, and Services to define strategic GTM priorities, shape commercialization approaches, improve field execution, and ensure key initiatives are operationally ready, measurable, and adopted across the business. GTM Strategy & Transformation- Lead the GTM Strategy Team in developing strategic priorities, business plans, and execution roadmaps that support enterprise revenue growth and commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to identify growth opportunities, clarify strategic choices, and translate priorities into actionable initiatives.
- Establish governance, executive reporting, milestones, KPIs, and operating rhythms to track progress, manage risks, and drive accountability. GTM Readiness & Commercialization
- Define and manage GTM strategy and readiness for new products, AI capabilities, industry solutions, strategic offerings, and priority growth motions.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to develop repeatable commercialization and launch planning processes.
- Ensure target segments, value propositions, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motions, enablement needs, operational requirements, and success measures are defined prior to launch.
- Lead GTM readiness reviews and provide clear recommendations to executives on launch preparedness, risks, dependencies, and adoption plans. Strategic Planning & Business Management
- Lead the development of strategic narratives, investment cases, operating plans, and executive materials that clarify GTM priorities and support leadership decision-making.
- Analyze market, customer, seller, pipeline, productivity, and performance insights to identify opportunities, pressure-test strategies, and recommend actions that improve GTM execution. Cross-Functional Engagement
- Align Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Customer Success, Professional Services, and executive stakeholders around strategic GTM priorities.
- Influence strategy and execution by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, seller feedback, financial insights, and operational data.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on GTM strategy, prioritization, trade-offs, and execution plans.
