Marketing Associate/Manager GeneCopoeia, Inc., a Maryland-based biotechnology company, develops and sells research reagents for genomics and proteomics research to world-wide customers, and is a leading provider of human full length ORF clones as well as many other genomics and biomedical research products. We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the following vacant position.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with other marketing team members to promote and grow the companies' key product lines. Manage and track marketing calendars and campaign executions. Implement and support tactical marketing activities. Manage the relationships with outside advertising, campaign and product listing vendors. Explore new marketing venues. Manage and help creating essential marketing tools such as product videos, company newsletters, social media, tradeshow display, marketing collateral and other materials. Work on improving the company website and campaign effectiveness. Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks. Manage and optimize Google Analytics to track and measure website and campaign performance. Manage and attend tradeshows. Help follow up leads generated from tradeshows, webinars and email campaigns. Manage distributor relationship and support distributor needs. Develop good understanding about the company's products and their applications. Conduct market research on assigned product lines. Conduct business analysis such as sales revenue, campaign results, and marketing expense. Participate in marketing strategy development and planning.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years prior experience in marketing, sales, or tech support In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot for tracking digital marketing metrics and web performance. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, and performance optimization. Previous laboratory experience in the bioscience research field preferred. Demonstrated excellent organizing and coordinating skills. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
