Marketing Analytics Manager Turn Data into Growth. Drive Smarter Business Decisions. Capital Electric, a billion-dollar operating company representing the largest electrical distributor in the world, has an immediate opening to join our Marketing team. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to transform complex data from marketing, sales, and operational systems into meaningful insights that improve decision-making and business outcomes. This role will evaluate customer trends, purchasing behaviors, demand forecasts, campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline performance, and lost-order activity to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Pricing, Operations, and Category Management, the Marketing Analytics Manager will help translate data into strategies that enhance customer value and drive profitable growth. What You'll Do Analyze customer purchasing behavior, sales trends, and product adoption to uncover growth opportunities. Develop customer segmentation models and target audiences for marketing campaigns. Identify cross-sell, upsell, and category penetration opportunities. Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Measure campaign performance, ROI, customer engagement, market share and retention metrics. Build predictive models and customer scoring methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness. Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to leverage customer, product, and inventory insights that maximize marketing campaign effectiveness, improve targeting and segmentation, align promotions with inventory availability, and drive revenue growth. What We're Looking For 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or sales analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations. Experience with Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, CRM, ERP system reporting, and data visualization tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in B2B marketing, distribution, or supporting sales organizations is a plus.
