The Opportunity Christensen Law is a fast-growing Michigan personal injury firm whose reputation has been built through exceptional legal work, strong client relationships, and the trust of referring attorneys and other professionals. Our attorneys are recognized among Michigan's leading personal injury lawyers, and our clients value the care, responsiveness, and results they receive. We are expanding our marketing capabilities and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can turn ideas into campaigns, creative work, effective systems, and measurable results. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will help drive the firm's next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with campaigns, CRM and automation, websites, analytics, lead flow, and creative execution, not simply managing outside agencies. What You Will Own Plan, execute, test, and optimize paid search and other digital campaigns, directly and with agency support. Improve website content, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths. Coordinate SEO, local search, content optimization, technical improvements, and AI-search initiatives. Manage HubSpot contacts, segmentation, workflows, automation, data quality, and reporting. Improve lead flow from initial capture through routing, follow-up, nurture, disposition, and signed case. Build email campaigns and automated journeys for prospective clients, former clients, referring attorneys, medical providers, and other audiences. Create dashboards connecting marketing activity and spending to lead quality, conversion, acquisition cost, and signed cases. Translate performance data into clear recommendations and practical improvements. Create and adapt visual assets for advertising, social media, email, web, presentations, events, and print. Review agency performance, reporting, deliverables, and recommendations. Document marketing systems, campaign procedures, data definitions, and workflows. What You Bring Three or more years of relevant digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, or related experience. Strong hands-on experience in several areas such as digital campaigns, CRM, marketing automation, websites, SEO, analytics, email marketing, or creative production. Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing-automation platform. Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and digital reporting tools. Ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps, and turn findings into measurable improvements. Ability to manage agencies and technical specialists while remaining actively involved in execution. Strong project-management, analytical, communication, creative, and organizational skills. Experience creating or adapting effective campaign assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable tools is strongly preferred. Experience in legal services, professional services, healthcare, or another lead-driven business is helpful but not required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be analytical, curious, creative, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership. You should combine technical ability and visual judgment with initiative, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Compensation and Schedule Annual salary of $55,000-$85,000, based on experience and qualifications Full-time, Monday through Friday Southfield, Michigan Fully in-office during training and the first 90 days Up to two remote-work days per week may subsequently be considered based on performance and team needs Benefits Christensen Law offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental coverage, employer-funded retirement benefits, disability and life insurance, employee-assistance services, and professional-development opportunities.
