Job Description

Our marketing operation is growing fast and running in many directions at once. The CMO sets the strategy and priorities — this role is what makes sure it all actually gets done: campaigns launched on time, vendors held to their commitments and budgets tracked. What You'll Own Campaign execution — Assist in executing assigned campaigns across both traditional and digital channels under the CMO's direction — from brief and creative coordination through launch and results reporting. Vendor day-to-day — Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with media partners; hold vendors accountable to deliverables, timelines, and performance benchmarks. Project management — Keep multiple concurrent workstreams on schedule in a fast-moving, always-something-launching environment, clear project plans, status updates, and proactive escalation, no surprises. Reporting — Pull performance data from our reporting stack (GA4, CallRail, Power BI, Sprout Social) into clear summaries, including basic spend tracking by market and channel. What Great Looks Like You take a loosely defined problem and come back with a structured plan, not a list of questions. Great follow up. Deadlines move up, not back. When something is at risk, we hear it from you first. You're competitive by nature and genuinely want your campaigns to win. What You Bring 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years managing campaigns, budgets, or vendor relationships — agency or in-house. Direct experience with both billboard/out-of-home and digital marketing — you can talk media buys and paid media in the same breath. Law firm or other regulated-industry marketing experience is a strong plus, but not required.
Proven project ownership:
you can point to programs you ran, not just supported. Comfort with data — you can build a clean spreadsheet, sanity-check a vendor's math, and explain a trend in plain English. An early, hands-on adopter of AI tools in your own workflow — comfortable putting them to work daily, not just aware of them. Creative instincts paired with a competitive streak — you want to win, and you bring fresh ideas to get there. Highly organized with strong follow-through, even when juggling several fast-moving priorities at once. Strong written communication and calm, confident judgment under a heavy workload. Working knowledge of tools like GA4, CallRail, Salesforce, Power BI, or Sprout Social is a plus — curiosity and speed to learn matter more. Why You'll Love It Here You'll work directly with a CMO who moves fast and invests in people who deliver. You'll see your work show up across Michigan — and in the lives of the clients we fight for. Competitive salary, full benefits, and a team that lives our values: winning, hard work, outstanding customer service, loyalty, an excellent reputation, and great work.
