We're not handing off a tidy function with a settled playbook. The playbook is still being written, and we want someone who wants to write it. You'll own product marketing for our full portfolio: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch. One person, wide surface area, real mandate. You'll use AI tools daily to get more done than a bigger team would, and you'll be judged on logo attainment, bookings, and adoption, not on activity. What You'll Do Own positioning and messaging written for two very different buyers: the health system CIO and the health plan head of digital experience. Build sales enablement reps actually use battle cards, competitive intel, deal support, pricing narratives. Run a thought leadership and customer engagement program webinars, written pieces, podcast appearances, and curated invite-only events built around our own leaders. Move bookings and logo attainment through campaigns and launch motions you can tie directly to the number. Keep pace with product turning roadmap and discovery into external-ready narrative without a lag. Drive adoption and value realization so existing customers understand and use what they already own. Build for AI-mediated buyer discovery, not just traditional SEO and channels. What You'll Bring 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in health IT or another regulated, technical industry. A builder, not a purist. You know the playbook and know when to skip a step. Real comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and no finished playbook. AI-assisted work as a daily habit, not an experiment. Writing and talking that make dense products sound like something worth caring about.
