The Role We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help grow our portfolio of fabric brands within the interior design industry. This role will lead, collaborate and execute marketing initiatives across email marketing, events and tradeshows, social media, partnerships, and other brand touch points. This position will collaborate closely with our design team and external vendors and partners to strengthen brand awareness, engage existing and prospective customers, and ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts with excellent communication skills, an eye for design, and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed campaigns. This is a full time, in-office position.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing strategies that engage active customers, nurture new customers, and re-engage dormant customers. Build and optimize automated Klaviyo email flows designed to convert leads into customers and strengthen ongoing customer relationships. Monitor and analyze email performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion. Collaborate with our design team to develop scalable email templates that maintain a consistent look and voice across our brands. Plan email campaigns around product launches, promotions, events, and other key marketing initiatives.
Events & Tradeshows:
Research and identify relevant interior design and industry tradeshows throughout the U.S. and Canada. Evaluate tradeshow opportunities based on timing, cost, audience demographics, exhibitors, market reach, location, booth sizes, and overall brand awareness potential. Present recommendations to our design team and leadership, with a focus on maximizing brand exposure and customer engagement. Collaborate with our design team to plan and execute tradeshow experiences, including booth concepts, promotional materials, giveaways, pre- and post-event email campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Identify local events, partnerships, and networking opportunities that strengthen our connection with an emphasis on Minnesota interior design community. Help coordinate event timelines and marketing activities to ensure successful execution.
Other Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing calendars across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are coordinated and executed on schedule. Develop and maintain marketing materials for our sales representatives, with clear guidance and recommendations for how to effectively use them. Collaborate with our social media and content creation team on strategies and campaigns designed to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across social platforms. Develop concepts and strategies for traditional and offline marketing campaigns that complement digital initiatives. Identify and evaluate press, influencer, advertising, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities. Review customer-facing brand touch points and recommend opportunities to strengthen messaging, consistency, and the overall brand experience. Partner with our design team on marketing collateral, product launches, campaigns, and other cross-brand initiatives. Track marketing performance and use insights to continually improve campaigns and future initiatives Identify and analyze relevant competitors and adjacent industry brands to evaluate their social media, email, and offline marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a consumer, lifestyle, interior design, home furnishings, textile, or related brand. Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys. Familiarity with email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is preferred . Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. A strong eye for design, branding, and visual consistency. Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with designers, content creators, vendors, and other partners. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution. Passion for interiors, textiles, design, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
