Bonus Compensation:

We are looking for a competitive, dependable, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our appointment-setting and retail marketing teams throughout the St. Louis area. What You'll Do As Marketing Manager, you will lead day-to-day marketing operations and drive lead-generation performance through retail partnerships and event marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Recruiting, training, and motivating appointment setters and kiosk representatives Leading teams inside major retail locations including Home Depot, Costco, and Lowe's Creating a competitive, goal-oriented culture focused on performance and results Working alongside senior management to execute marketing strategies and growth initiatives Monitoring production metrics, reporting, and team accountability Managing scheduling, store coverage, and marketing operations Handling customer information, reporting, and data entry accurately and efficiently We want dependable individuals who: Thrive on competition and achieving goals Lead by example with strong work ethic and accountability Bring energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to their team Perform well in fast-paced, high-performance environments Are self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed

Qualifications:
