We work hard to provide members with free access to their credit scores, credit reports, credit monitoring, and financial product recommendations. We are looking for a Group Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing to bring Credit Karma's full-funnel marketing plans together into one customer-centric vision — from brand strategy through campaign planning to in-market execution. This role oversees both Brand Strategy and Integrated Marketing, and is responsible for connecting brand foundations to in-market planning so the two function as one discipline rather than a strategy team and an execution team working in sequence. You will lead a team of five direct reports and report to the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing. This role sits within the Brand & Integrated Marketing org. Responsibilities Full-Funnel Strategy & Brand Oversight Oversee and evolve Credit Karma's brand positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks, ensuring they are clear, durable, and actively used to guide decisions across campaigns, channels, and experiences Set strategic direction for how the Credit Karma brand shows up in market, both independently and alongside Intuit and Intuit partner brands, bringing principled judgment to brand, naming, and messaging decisions that balance long-term equity with near-term business needs Ensure brand strategy shapes work from the start, embedding strategic thinking early in briefs, planning, and concept development Integrated Marketing & Campaign Planning Bring together brand-level and vertical performance plans into one customer-centric full-funnel marketing plan, connecting brand foundations to in-market execution Build the discipline and rigor behind full-funnel campaign planning at Credit Karma, establishing how brand strategy translates into plans the business can execute against Lead a team that owns the strategy and orchestration behind Credit Karma's integrated campaigns, staying accountable for impact through execution across Paid and Owned channels Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Comms, Social & Partnerships to build holistic campaign plans around major sponsorship and cultural moments Partner with Media on connections strategy, bringing a full-funnel point of view to how and when channels work together Partner with Research & Analytics to build a measurement narrative connecting brand health, channel performance, and business outcomes — one that changes how leadership prioritizes Partner with PMM and Growth Marketing to align full-funnel plans to product priorities and growth targets, reconciling brand and performance objectives Creative & Agency Partnership Partner closely with the internal Creative team and creative agency partners to provide clear, provocative strategic direction that inspires strong creative work and raises the bar on execution quality Serve as the strategic through-line from brand narrative to creative brief to executed work, staying involved through concept and development rather than handing off a brief and reviewing only the final product Maintain a point of view on where brand consistency matters versus where channel-specific distinctiveness should win, and make that call explicitly rather than defaulting to consistency Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five direct reports across Brand Strategy and Integrated Marketing, setting clear priorities, managing capacity, and building strategic rigor and confidence across the team Develop a team of senior ICs, growing their skills across brand strategy, campaign planning, and cross-functional partnership, with an eye toward a function that can grow with the business Qualifications Required 12+ years of experience across Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing, or Marketing Strategy roles, with direct experience owning full-funnel campaign plans from brief through in-market execution 5+ years of people management experience, including experience leading and developing a team of senior ICs Demonstrated experience overseeing brand positioning or narrative frameworks that materially shaped work in market Proven track record building full-funnel campaign plans that connect brand, creative, and channel execution, with the judgment to navigate tension between brand equity and near-term business needs Experience partnering cross-functionally across media, research and analytics, product marketing, growth marketing, and partnerships to align plans to shared business objectives Experience working directly with a creative agency and an in-house creative team, shaping creative direction rather than only approving final work Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization, building credibility and influence across functions Bachelor's degree required Preferred Experience in consumer technology, fintech, or financial services Experience managing a brand within a parent or partner brand ecosystem, with a track record of driving alignment without losing distinctiveness Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows as part of a modern marketing strategy and campaign operation Collaborative leader aligned with Intuit's operating principles — Customer Obsession, Courage, Stronger Together, Integrity Without Compromise, and We Care and Give Back Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
