We produce, pack and ship private labels based on customer specific needs. Position Opportunity The Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting Alamance Foods' growth initiatives through strategy development and execution, strategic marketing, brand development, and cross-functional project management. This role requires a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to multiple business segments.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities Project Management:
Lead and coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
Strategy Development:
take high level initiatives and distill them into actionable strategies.
Brand & Product Support:
Assist in developing and maintaining consistent branding across all platforms and materials; collaborate with internal teams on packaging, promotions, and new product launches.
Market Analysis:
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and business development decisions.
Content & Communication:
Draft and manage marketing content for internal and external communications, including sales materials, social media, and trade events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Sales, R D, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.
Event & Tradeshow Coordination:
Plan and execute company participation in trade shows, customer meetings, and promotional events.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Project Management Certificate Preferred.
Related Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related roles (experience in the food industry preferred but not required).
Knowledge/Skills Experience:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
