Job Description
CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Program Manager position for our client.
Location:
Morrisville, NC- HYBRID with 3 days in the officeDuration:
12+ months, with possibility for extensionDuties:
Manage marketing programs, portfolios, campaigns, content, creative, digital, and UX initiatives. Lead program planning, roadmaps, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, and delivery. Manage intake, governance, workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional processes. Lead resource planning, capacity management, demand forecasting, and budget planning. Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting for portfolio health, delivery, utilization, and performance. Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive process improvement and operational efficiency. Manage Monday.com and other work management platforms; support workflow automation and AI-enabled operations. Partner with marketing, creative, content, digital, and business stakeholders.Skills:

Experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or related experience. Experience managing complex cross-functional marketing programs and global teams. Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, operational governance, and process improvement. Marketing, creative, content, digital, UX, or agency experience preferred.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
