Job Description

About the Role Access Realty is seeking a dynamic and independent Marketing Manager to lead our branding and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms to increase bookings and home acquisitions. This role is pivotal in managing our overall marketing plan and overseeing all promotional activities for our Rental and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management:
Design and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns, including print, digital marketing, and Google AdWords.
Digital Optimization:
Maintain and optimize AccessTheBeach.com, seasonal promotions, and overall SEO/online visibility.
Content & Brand Strategy:
Create compelling property descriptions and manage social media accounts, including high-quality photography and drone shots.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, ADR, and ROI to adjust marketing strategies and dynamic pricing.
Community Engagement:
Represent the company at local chamber and professional events to stay current with market trends.
What We're Looking For Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing. Real Estate license or experience is preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Google Sheets. Working knowledge of HTML basics and website optimization techniques.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze market data and make actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills with a focus on providing superior customer service.
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
