Marketing Manager | Norfolk, NE | Lead the Brand. Drive Results. Make an Impact. Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our centralized marking efforts across a growing organization. This role will oversee brand management, campaign execution, marketing operations, and project prioritization while partnering with leaders throughout the company to bring business objectives to life.
Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Marketing Generalist team members; set priorities and ensure accountability Establish and manage centralized marketing intake and prioritization process Maintain and enforce brand standards across all communications Develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects aligned to business priorities Manage timelines, deliverables, and project execution Track performance and report insights (google analytics, QLIK, constant contact, etc.) Serve as marketing liaison across corporate teams and districts Support marketing training and process adoption Partner in annual planning with leadership Manage marketing budget and expenses Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand written and verbal communication in the English language. Ability to understand and consistently apply company branding and communication standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common marketing, design, and communication platforms. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Strong communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Progressive marketing experience including campaign execution and project management Experience leading or coordinating a team Experience maintaining brand standards Experience managing budgets
