As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive admissions and promote the fallview experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive admissions Collaborate with the leadership team to create awareness of our center's services and programs Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers Develop and manage the marketing budget to achieve strategic objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Partner with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansionRequirements:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical and budgeting skills Experience with marketing software and technologies (e.g., social media, email marketing)What We Offer:
